These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order through our site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Products & Services

All of our products are made to order. Each item is custom printed, engraved, or assembled specifically for you. Please review product details and personalization options carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Process

Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production. For this reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after submission. If you notice an issue, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to help if your item hasn’t entered production yet.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Orders ship from our Dallas, Texas facility. Estimated delivery times and flat-rate shipping costs are shown at checkout and listed on each product page.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office. We’re happy to assist in opening a carrier investigation if needed.

4. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange reshipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Unclaimed Packages

If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we will notify you. You can choose to have it reshipped to yourself or your customer — reshipping fees will apply.

6. Lost Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will contact the shipping carrier to investigate. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalization
  • Wrong item selected at checkout

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork or designs, you confirm that you have the right to use the content. We do not print content that violates copyright laws, includes hate speech, or contains trademarked material without permission.

We reserve the right to reject any order that violates our content guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take great care in ensuring quality and accuracy. However, under no circumstances shall our company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
