How it works

We’ve made it simple to create personalized products with VIRALPRINT online customization tool:

  1. Upload Your Design
    Choose any product, then upload your artwork directly through our built-in customization tool.
  2. Preview Your Product
    Instantly see how your design looks on mugs, apparel, photo slates, and more.
  3. Edit & Customize
    Add text, adjust artwork, or replace your file until it looks exactly how you want.
  4. Place Your Order
    Once you’re satisfied, complete your order and we’ll handle production under your brand.

How do I upload my design on VIRALPRINT?

You can easily upload your artwork directly on the product page using the VIRALPRINT customization tool. Simply click “Choose File” under Upload Your Design File, select your image, and it will appear in our preview window. You’ll be able to review how your design looks before checkout, ensuring your product is personalized exactly the way you want it. You can also replace the artwork file, add text, or update your design before finalizing your order.

Our system accepts PNG and JPG files up to 20 MB. For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images (300 DPI) with a transparent or white background.

Do you provide mockups or templates?

Yes, we offer free product templates and mockups so you can design and list products easily.

Where do you ship from and how long does production take?

All orders are printed and shipped from our facility in Dallas, Texas. Production takes 1–3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic (USPS Standard): 2–5 business days
International: 10–30 business days depending on location

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally and cover most countries worldwide with reliable standard and express shipping options.

Will my customer see your company name on the package?

No. We ship everything under your brand, your customers won’t see our name or logo.

Can I sell your products on Etsy, Shopify, or TikTok Shop?

Absolutely! Our products are perfect for Etsy, Shopify, eBay, and TikTok Shop.

Do you offer custom branding options?

Not yet — but we’re working on it! Custom branding features are coming soon.

Can I cancel or change my order after submitting?

We begin production shortly after orders are placed, so edits and cancellations may not be possible. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before printing begins.

When do I pay for an order?

We don’t charge automatically. You only pay the base price and shipping when you submit the order to us after your customer makes a purchase in your store.

How does my customer track their order?

You’ll receive a tracking number once the order ships. Simply add it to your store and mark the order as shipped so your customer can track it.
