Thank you for choosing our print-on-demand service! All of our products are custom-made and shipped directly from our facility in Dallas, Texas.

📅 Processing Time

Since each item is made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or promotions, production may take slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Time & Methods

Shipping time depends on the destination and selected shipping method at checkout:

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days (varies by country)

Please note: Shipping estimates do not include production time.

📦 Shipping Rates

We charge a fixed shipping rate for all orders, which is clearly listed on each product page. No surprises — what you see is what you pay.

Our rates are designed to be fair and simple, helping you plan your costs with confidence.

🔍 Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

❗ Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, the shipment may be returned or delayed. We are not responsible for such delays. Reshipping costs due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
We work hard to ensure your order arrives on time. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or building management. We’ll be happy to assist you in following up with the carrier.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will gladly issue a replacement at no additional cost.
