Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! All of our products are made to order — each item is custom-printed or engraved just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there’s a production error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders
If we made a mistake (wrong product, wrong design, etc.), we’ll take full responsibility and send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Change of Mind or Customer Errors
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Customer typos or incorrect personalization
- Wrong item selected at checkout
- Change of mind after placing the order
Since all items are custom made, we cannot resell them.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
However, we’ll do our best to assist in resolving delivery issues.
Incorrect Address
If you or your customer provide an address that is considered insufficient or invalid by the shipping carrier, the package will be returned to our facility.
📦 You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order once we confirm the updated address.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is unclaimed and returned to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to yourself or your customer.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
📦 Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, building staff, or contacting your local post office.
